Loaction is good, near to Railway station and Textile Markets. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are large and spacious. Air Conditioning works very well. Staff is courteous.

All the staffs were very friendly . Specially Ms.Tanya and Prasenjit .They alloted me room with front view and it was cleaned and hygiene .first time booked from booking.com in decent price. Location is perfect as Textile market and station is just 300 meter ahead . Breakfast is with good choices south indian,north indian and gujarati cuisine with additional set up of English breakfast was available. Thank you to Mr.Tej for the wonderful stay.

Again much appreciated stay at Lords Plaza Surat .Tej and Tanya gone beyonds there limit to make my stay perfect .On decent price I got good facilities .Room was clean and well managed .Bed was very comfortable and others staffs always make efforts for your comfort .Pricing is low compare to pre covid .Main advantage of property is their location and valet Parking .Driver Anna always help for park our car .

Priyanka from front office is a really very gentle and cooperative girl. Rooms were very clean and hygiene was maintained well. Really good to have such comfortable and convenient place to stay.
